I don't see a timelines_match() function.  Does this refer to
matchAndFetchTimelines()?

2.

I'd prefer to use TimeLineHistoriesData to stay consistent with

The space between * and TimelineHistories is unnecessary — see
StringInfoData and other typedefs.

4.
