I need to synchronize Postgresql with a = Cobol=20 Database (using a java program and a cobol jdbc driver).

I would like to read WAL files but, = file format=20 seems only described in xlog.h.

Do you know if an OpenSource API = exists, to manage=20 postgresql files using java code ?

Perhaps there is a better way to = extract the=20 transaction logs from Postgresql...
