I also get this message, but the message that I sent goes to the list
anyway.

It means that someone on the list is signed up with a bad email address, and
the bounces are going to you instead of being handled by the list manager as
they should be.

Hi,
I keep getting this in my inbox:
---
Your message
Subject: RE: [INTERFACES] Pgaccess - Error trying to connect
was not delivered to:
laszlo_acs@cms.state.il.us
because:
User laszlo_acs (laszlo_acs@cms.state.il.us) not listed in public Name &
Address Book
---
If this is not someones fault, apologies, but can whoever is
responsible stop it from happening again.
Thanks,
Joe

I've gotten that a few times as well, and assumed it was somebody's
bogus email on the list.
