I am making a new installation of pgadmin4-8.5 from sources.
While following instructions in the README.md, when I get to:
python3 $PGADMIN4_SRC/web/setup.py, I get this error message:

Usage: setup.py [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'setup.py --help' for help.

and I am stuck there.
