  chore: exclude postgresql 1.0.0-dev-master-SNAPSHOT from Renovate as we use the version for testing purposes

We build test versions as "1.0.0-dev-master-SNAPSHOT" to ensure the version is build locally and
not received from a repository.

Renovate should not update such version
