JDBC Connection Parameters
preferQueryMode
Description of options is missing a portion of the option name.
It states ".., endedCacheEverything means use extended protocol and try cache every statement (including Statement.execute(String sql)) in a query cache."
All other values other than 'simple' begin with 'extended', and the example line at end states:
"extended | extendedForPrepared | extendedCacheEverything | simple"
