Day-to-Day production operational tasks, database administration, 
architecture, and automation of database services & solutions.

*What we are looking for:*

  * 3+ years of experience in PostgreSQL administration (on prem and cloud)
  * Strong backup and restore (pg_dump, physical backup tools) experience.
  * Strong database performance tuning.
  * Strong SQL Query tuning and development experience.
  * Strong troubleshooting skills.
  * Solid experience with Postgres PL/pgSQL.
  * Replication and failover experience.
  * User and object permission management.
  * Postgres versions 9.6, 10, 11+.
  * Linux command-line operating system experience (Centos/RHEL 7/8
    preferred).
  * Linux software install and configuration.
  * Scripting and task automation (Bash, Python, Git).


*It would be an advantage for you to have:*

  * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including cloud DB
    technologies (RDS, Aurora).
  * Experience with Patroni high availability.
