Hi,
   We download install Postgresql ODBC driver to Redhat enterprise 8,  https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/14/redhat/rhel-8.8-x86_64/postgresql14-odbc-13.02.0000... , now we want to set client_encoding to odbc.ini, add one line  "ConnSettings = set client_encoding to LATIN1 ", is the expected way to change client_encoding through odbc.ini file?
