Postgis has a lot of dependencies. Possibly "apt --no-install-recommends"
makes libmysqlclient21 go away.

That's a package from Ubuntu, you need to raise this with them:

$ host 91.189.91.38
38.91.189.91.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer banjo.canonical.com.
