sorry about that. I put in the missing packages now.

The context is that so far, we had been relying on the OS-provided GIS
libraries (gdal, geos, sfcgal and a few others), but recently decided
to backport these as well so postgis would benefit from using new
features from the libraries. Now postgis is currently in the beta
phase for the 3.7.0 release so we couldn't immediately rebuild
everything with the new stack, and since it's not only postgis using
the libraries, but also ogr-fdw, mobilitydb (and more), everything was
held up waiting for the postgis release.

Unfortunately I missed the ogr-fdw->gdal dependency when putting
ogr-fdw live some weeks back, so it was already using the new gdal. I
noticed the problem but didn't want to upgrade everything in order to
avoid breaking postgis and the rest.

Now gdal/geos/proj have been updated so ogr-fdw should be ok.
Hopefully postgis 3.6 is also still happy...
