Hi,

Due to personal issues, I won't be able to build any RPMs in near
future.

pg_shard, pgbouncer and some other packages are already waiting for
attention. Jeff still has access to build servers, so if someone can
prepare patches for the spec files, they can save Jeff's time a lot.

I hopefully can return in the second week of September.
