Hi,

This is what I got from sysadmins team:

"Only our ftpmaster server should be mirroring directly from the Yum
repo. Users should use:

rsync://rsync.postgresql.org::pgsql-ftp/repos/yum/...
"

Please let me know if it does not work for you.
