I got it working:
https://salsa.debian.org/postgresql/postgresql-pljava/blob/master/debian/patches/aol-properties
It probably makes more sense to have this merged into nar-maven-plugin
than to have it live as a wart in pljava. I'll submit a PR there and
stick with the patch in the Debian package until there's a nar release
that has it.
