Mark,
I just launched a fresh centos7 vagrant, configured the yum repo and installed postgresql94 postgresql94-contrib postgresql94-libs and postgresql94-server.
Here’s what all yum decided to download:

Let me know if you want any of the other packages and I can test that as well.
