Since one is presumably installing pgdg-redhat-repo to actually get the *.re= po files, it is convenient to install it from directly by URL to -latest.noa= rch.rpm. To do that, the -latest should accurately reflect the latest state. I also noticed that pgdg-redhat-repo-42.0.14 and pgdg-redhat-repo-42.0.14 ar= e not in the 9.6/redhat/rhel-8-x86_64 repository.
