My job does reposync for some repositories, and it fails on this one.

I've checked manually and
https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-9-x86_64/repodata/8e1fc03cf8f4974de05bf9...
contains references to proj97 rpms, but the list at
https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-9-x86_64/
doesn't have them.
