Hello,

As of this morning the postgres yum repo RPM pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm has disappeared from the repos on download.postgresql.org.  Prior to this morning the following two links resolved

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/11/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/12/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm

They're also missing from the repodata listed for those versions on 

https://yum.postgresql.org/

Is this a temporary problem, or have there been changes in which we've missed the announcement?
