After upgrading from Fedora 43 -> 44, I can no longer install =
patroni-consul:

 dnf install patroni-consul

Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides py-consul >=3D 1.6.0 needed by =
patroni-consul-4.1.2-3PGDG.f44.noarch from postgreSQL

You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages
```
This seems to be available on Fedora 43:
