Hi,

Next minor releases are due on 9 May. I'll use this opportunity to
finalise the changes in the debuginfo repositories.

Last few versions of the repository RPMs use dnf-
debuginfo.postgresql.org as the location of the -debuginfo and -
debugsource packages instead of download.postgresql.org. We did this
change to save space on the FTP mirrors.

I'll remove all -debuginfo and -debugsource packages on
download.postgresql.org on May 9th. From that point users will need to
use the latest version of the repository file when they want to use
those RPMs.
