Доброго, всем.
Мелочь, а не понятно.
select to_char(now(), 'TMmonth') as "месяц";
На одном сервере (10,5) - норм:
месяц
--------
ноября
(1 строка)
на другом (10,3, 11.0) - фигня:
месяц
--------
ноябрь
(1 строка)
На обоих серверах одинаково:
SHOW lc_messages;
lc_messages
-------------
ru_RU.utf8
(1 строка)
SHOW lc_time;
lc_time
------------
ru_RU.utf8
(1 строка)
Как исправить на "ноября" TMmonth?

PostgreSQL в части локализации пользуется возможностями ОС, а на ваших серверах локализация в ОС работает судя по всему по разному.
Чтобы побороть, "выравнивайте" операционки.
