Redhat puts out a PG version of Bugzilla. It works pretty well. However, we just dropped it in favor of Jira. Jira is a lot friendlier for the less technically adept, and IIRC, it's free for open source projects. It's not enough to have something that can track bugs; you have to have something that people are willing to use. :)
