[PGConf.dev 2024](https://2024.pgconf.dev/) (May 28 - 31, 2024, Vancouver, CA), aka [PostgreSQL Development Conference 2024](https://2024.pgconf.dev/), is an event focused on PostgreSQL development and contributions. The successor to PGCon, PGConf.dev offers a collaborative and fun environment to discuss future development for PostgreSQL!
The [call for papers](https://2024.pgconf.dev/cfp/) is open through Jan 15, 2024! We're looking for talk submissions focused on PostgreSQL development: upcoming PostgreSQL features, recently committed work, and community-building focused talks. The audience ranges from new to longtime PostgreSQL contributors, and we expect many talks to be more intermediate to advanced level on technical topics. We will also have introductory talks on how to get started contributing to PostgreSQL!
Even if you've never presented at a PostgreSQL event before, [we'd love to hear your ideas](mailto:[email protected]) and can provide help on getting your presentation ready!
You can submit your talk ideas here:
[PGConf.dev 2024](https://2024.pgconf.dev/) is not possible without the [generous support of our sponsors](https://2024.pgconf.dev/sponsors/). FYI the links to https://2024.pgconf.dev/ do not work. Tried it without
https and it still does not work.
cc'ing the ww list as I don't see any MX records for pgconf.dev either so
maybe somebody on that list can follow up?

It was fine when I looked, I presume this was just DNS propagation

Yes, after testing it out with a different ISP, I think it's specific to
Comcast and them doing some hokey stuff in the interests of "security".
Pretty sure that everybody on Comcast is having the same issue as me as
they've flagged the domain as "Malware and Phishing" and prevent DNS
resolution of the domain or even MX records. Loading the page over HTTPS
fails and over plain HTTP shows some generic security warning page. If
somebody else has them as an ISP, try it out and see if you can reproduce
it.
Will be reaching out to them (Comcast) to see what the heck is going on.
Thanks for following up and sorry for the noise!
