=A0 I have sent a request to group however note that number 4 of the=20
license does allow what we are doing. It states:

Products derived from this software may not be called "PHP", nor
may "PHP" appear in their name, without prior written permission
from group@php.net. =A0You may indicate that your software works in
conjunction with PHP by saying "Foo for PHP" instead of calling
it "PHP Foo" or "phpfoo"

plPHP is derived from PHP thus we can't call it PHPpl but plPHP should=20
be o.k.
