What are the remaining steps to launching this environment, and how can
I get access or otherwise help in getting it closer to that goal?

I tried signing up a project the other day, but was unsuccessful. The
administrator is not currently allowing new project signups?

Hello,

The projects site seems awful slow today... No bandwidth issues that I
can see. Any ideas?

Sincerely,

Joshua D. Drake

Try it now ... seems okay to me, but I just ran a vacuum full on her
database too ... teach me to rely on pg_autovacuum for it all :(
