as headers say:
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[email protected]?body=unsub%20pgsql-bugs>

i would guess the proper way is to send email to [email protected], with body (not subject) set to:
unsub LISTNAME

important part might be that the mail should be sent from the same email
as the email that is subscribed.

for example:

if you did subscribe using email [email protected], but then you changed your
email to [email protected], and you did setup forwarding from [email protected] to [email protected]
- when you'll send unsub request with "from: [email protected]" it will fail.
