OK, with that out of the way, when reading a Gmail email, on the far
right of the email message box you will see a down-arrow, right next to
"Reply" and far right of "show details".

Click on that, and choose "Show original".  You will then see the
Message-ID:

	Message-ID: <[email protected]>
