I don't know if he's started the work in it yet though. It's kind of an chicken-and-egg problem, if you download the repo package, you still don't have any key to verify it. Though "wget pgdg.deb && dpkg -i pgdg.deb" will probably be trustworthy enough for most people so we should be providing that, yes.
