Would anyone have time to update the link on the front of the PG website 
to point to the new Russian web pages?

This new version even looks to include the PostgreSQL 7.3.3 manual, 
freshly translated to Russian!

to my own site:

   At new location, I puted new documents: freshest version of FAQ
and PostgreSQL Tutorial in Russian language (my own translation).

   Please, fix the link at www.postgresql.org
