Hi all,

Just remembered that the Advocacy site is under CVS management, so went 
and checked if the CVS directories are world visible... yep.  :(

i.e.:

http://advocacy.postgresql.org/CVS/

Not sure how important that's considered to be, but it might be worth 
looking into.
