This seems to require logging into the “manage subscriptions” page. However, when I enter my email into the “reset password” box I never receive a response. Is this because I do not have an account, yet still receive messages? If so, how should I proceed? How can I be certain that I do or do not have an account? Thanks for your help. It might be because you just created your account today (date_joined == 2025-08-07 16:10:38.43463+00), and there is a standard "cooling off" period imposed before you can log in.
