All,

In order to add a new PUG page, one has to do MT's "rebuild site". 
Unfortunately, when I do this, I get:

Writing to '/usr/local/www/pugs.postgresql.org/www/index.html.new' 
failed: Opening local file 
'/usr/local/www/pugs.postgresql.org/www/index.html.new' failed: 
Permission denied

... which means I can't add NorPUG or others.

Fix?  Thanks.
