Hello.

I would like editor access to the wiki, my username is 'gregburd' and I =
would like to modify a few pages:
* https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Multithreading
* https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Partial_Heap_Only_Tuples

and likely more over time.

For multi-threading I want try to drive this project forward, it's =
larger than a single person so somehow the community needs a way to =
coordinate.  If there's already a way to do this that I don't know of, =
please inform me! :)

For PHOT, well I've been working on resurrecting that for a while now =
with Nathan.  We'd/I'd like to update the page to reflect the =
status/design/etc.

I'm sure there's more I'd like to edit... but I'll start there.
