Unrelatedly, I am getting a 500 error trying to subscribe to 
pgsql-announce here:

https://lists.postgresql.org/manage/

Previously I was subscribed as jon@endpoint.com and when I tried to "Edit 
subscription" that also gave a 500 error. I then unsubscribed from that 
and trying to add jon@endpointdev.com also gives a 500 error.

Is that specific to my user or perhaps a bigger problem? Did the system 
hit some subscriber limit with pgsql-announce? 😅
