I thought that mj2 simply stashed a copy of each message in a standard mbox as it was sent, which we then use mhonarc to convert to a bunch of web pages. If you tell mj2 to delete a message, does it go back to the appropriate mailbox file and delete it? That would change the numbering that mhonarc uses, requiring a full rebuild of the archives and breaking any external links in the process. I also see a 'hidden' option. Does that work in conjunction with mhonarc to hide a message based on a header or something?
