Yes, please do that comparison. Alvaro looked it over and found things to look right, but one more paranoid check would be very good. On my local clone it "just worked". The pull went through in non-force mode. So all that would be needed was a normal rebase. But I didn't have any active development branch against gitmaster - only against the anonymous one...
