This is the mailinglist for the postgres website and you are unlikely to find many Windows experts here, pgsql-general is a more suitable list for general questions. I do suppose it is fair that if the installer works on a platform that said testing would include the testing of the things being installed. So, ok. Yes, but at top of page: "Download the installer certified by EDB for all supported Postgres versions. Note! This installer is hosted by EDB and not on the PostgreSQL community servers. If you have issues with the website it's hosted on, please contact [email protected].
