Hi team,

I noticed that the page at https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Todo contains
outdated information.

Could someone update it to reflect the TODO list for upcoming PostgreSQL
versions?
As altering the page needs discussion with the community,I"d be glad to
contribute to the updates if needed.

While we do have a ToDo it is not as formal as you seem to think.  If you
want to see what is happening for the next version the commitfest would be
the place to look.
