I'm not necessarily opposed to have a web interface, or even a
full-blown bug tracker, but having just read the wiki page about beta
testing, it sort of sounds like this was instituted as an official
policy. That seems like a questionable way to present it to me,
because I wasn't even aware that there was a google form.
