If your needs are indeed urgent you should probably look for a professional
services company to contact for paid support.  Said website, under support,
has a section for =E2=80=9Cprofessional services=E2=80=9D so we do try to h=
elp a bit in
that manner.

Otherwise, emailing the -general list with your problem and accepting that
