I'm just anxious to see the new design up :) I won't stand in Alexey's 
way.

I took a brief look at the html. It looks like it has a lot of nested 
tables. One of the things I was going to do is try to reduce the number 
of nested tables to lighten the page. IIRC, Alexey is similarly driven 
by lightweight xhmtl/css design, so I'm sure he'd do the same thing. 
When I did this a while back (using the current markup), I was able to 
reduce the page weight by at least 40% if memory serves.
