Hi,

I got some errors while rebuilding news&events:

Warning: touch(): Utime failed: Permission denied in 
/usr/local/www/www.postgresql.org/build/buildnews.php on line 182
The file /usr/local/www/www.postgresql.org/news/160.html is not writable! 
Writing: /usr/local/www/www.postgresql.org/news/161.html
....

Some files under /news and /events needs to be chowned; since they belong 
to root:webgroup.
