I've already suggested some surveys last year. Here are two of'em:

Q: How many people do you serve with PostgreSQL? <text may change>
- -------------------------------------------------------------------
* <10
* 10-50
* 50-100
* 100-1000
* 1000-5000
* > 5000

Q:"How large is your PostgreSQL database?"
- ------------------------------------------

* 0-100 MB
* 100-500 MB
* 500 MB - 1 GB
* 1 GB - 500 GB
* 500 GB - 1 TB
* 1 TB - 4 TB
* > 4 TB

Regards,
