I doubt most ordinary readers of our mailing list know exactly what an "admin request" is. They may even think it has something to do with admin-ing Postgres itself. It certainly will sound odd on the pgsql-admin list. :) The link provided should be shorter: a http redirect would do that quite nicely. Additionally, the above link does not work, and only brings you to a generic page for all mailing lists at postgresql.org.
