All,

I've added the 8.2.4 announcement to the News queue.  Please do not
make it public until the new minor release binaries are available!
 Most likely, tommorrow morning EST.

I'd appreciate a volunteer to take care of the timing on this since I'm
getting to San Francisco late tonight and can't be up early morning
EST.

Also, someone check my HTML.
