Your path doesn't list the location of the JVM binaries. Drop 
C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07\jre\lib\i386 and instead try:

C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07\jre\bin\client;C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07\jre\bin
