The docs (specifically 'docs/readme.html') in the download speak of a Tester
class in the 'test.jar'. Neither the class or jar seem to be part of the
download.

Is the documentation out of date, or is the 'test.jar' missing?

Oops. The documentation fails to mention that the test.jar isn't part of 
the binary distro.

The test.jar is intended for those who want to experiment with PL/Java, 
i.e. develop, patch, etc. If you want it, you need to download the 
source distribution and do a 'make test_all'.
