JNI_CreateJavaVM is the entry point to the Java VM. You need to set up your loader 
environment so that the loader finds the VM. See 
http://wiki.tada.se/wiki/display/pljava/Posix+Installation on LD_LIBRARY_PATH and ld.so.conf.d
