Declaring those methods without UDT[] magic was the way I hoped to achieve that, according to how I understood our discussion. Btw, I don't know whether my actual implementations of send() and receive() are correct, as I could not really test them, but from a quick look at the hexdump of the COPYed file, at least the send() way seems to work.
