So, what is the fix for the subject matter?  What do I have to do to get
pljava deployed?

Hi Tommy,
I take it you've read the installation guide? 
http://wiki.tada.se/display/pljava/Windows+Installation

What version of PostgreSQL are you using? What version of PL/Java? Are 
you compiling from source or are you using binaries?

Also, I know there are more then a few threads in the pljava-dev 
archives, http://gborg.postgresql.org/pipermail/pljava-dev, that is 
about pljava.dll not being found.
