I have put up a branch bug/master/mjavadoc where the javadocs are
buildable again, so you should be able to build a complete set
of up-to-date docs.

They won't build with Java 9, 10, or 11 though. PL/Java will, but
it has to be 12 or later to build the javadocs. Just the way it is....
